Antonio Bilotta, PhD in Computational Mechanics in 1999, is Assistant Professor in Solid Mechanics at the University of Calabria.
His scientific interests concern the computational analysis of structures, in particular: formulations of high-performance finite elements; modeling of structures with elasto-plastic behavior; formulation of enhanced beam models for the analysis of framed structures in a linear and nonlinear context; analysis and modeling of inverse problems.
As teacher he held courses for the degree courses in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Technologies for the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage and Food Engineering, such as: Solid Mechanics , Inelastic analysis of structures, Computational mechanics of structures, Dynamics of structures.
